pain behind nipples

OK, i know this is pregnancy number 3, but you forget these things!

Ive got a deep pain behind both nipples at the moment - is this to do with the start of colostrum / milk production?
Im not leaky at the moment, although I have had some leakage over past few weeks.
Im also getting really bad tightenings/braxton hicks and low pressure into pelvis / bowels - do you think they could be related? scratch

Ive got clinic on monday, so will ask there too - the MW a bit concerned with the strength of the daily tightenings, so she did urine tests and swabs on thursday, and i get results monday (she hoping its an infection causing irritability).

Sorry to go off the rails a bit from the boob pain - that is the main reason for the post lol - just thought the rest could be relevant!

I am not sure about that either Kay sorry!! I never had any signs that my boobies were doing anything until my LO's were born.

Hope all is ok on Monday with the MW.

I don't think its anything to be worried about Kay, just your boobies getting ready I think.

Sorry not replied sooner - I have no lounge at the mo which is where computer is based!

She said is boobs getting ready - as tash said, and the tightenings are because i have SPD and doing to much in day, therefore causing irritability in the evenings.

Doing my best to take it easy - pain not too bad in boob now, but it does seem to come on the days of tightenings scratch
