| Ben and Daisy both have colds 
Daisy keeps pulling off when feeding to breathe.
Is she too young for vicks on the chest? (or feet?)

You could try to elevate her when she is sleeping: like puting thinnish book under cot bed on a head side, feeding her in upright position. Few saline drops in each nose hole will make huge difference

and breastmilk can help also- you can drop it in nose or squirt straight in. http://members.tripod.com/~bmsg/breastmilkuses.htm
Nurse as often as you can, even if she will only have few sucks here and there- you'll comfort her with being there and breastmilk contains wonderful antibodies to help her fight off infection. You could try to nurse in steamy bathroom or even in the bath- this always works best for us- steam opens nose pasages and water acts calming.
How is she feeding hun?
If you are having problems with feeding her you could try different positions and all above to decongest her. If she is still refusing to feed from you please give syringe, dropper or cup a go.

| I have always put 'Snufflebabe' on the feet of mine,never anywhere else, which has helped - but it is recommended only from 3 months.
I found some Junior Olbas oil on a tissue in the room helps, or Karvol the same.

| my mum was always shoving vicks up my nose & all over my chest & i suffer from heart disease & she did it to my daughter too, mind you she thinks a drop of booze helps babies sleep, its a wonder im still here !!!
